Back from Mt.Rinjani.
Shall give a summary of the trip!
Day1:
Met up and headed to changi airport for flight.
Was dam hungry in the flight,+ the food there was UBER NICE!!=D
2.5hrs later
Reached Lombok and took a group shot there.
Headed on to another van which will take us all the way to the village's guest house
Another 2hrs.
Had dinner then lights off!!
Could'nt really slp as was not adapted to the cold yet.
Day2
Packed up,which i packed wrongly, resulting in no change of clothes for 3days.-.-
Trekked up the hill, not even near the mountain yet, but was already tiring.
After another 3hrs of hikking, we were at the height with the clouds! LOL.Pretty easy on the way up as there were cold wind to cool down our bodies.
Another 5+ hours, managed to make it to the Crater rim of the mountain!Reached at about 5++ and took a quick nap before dinner and the temp. over there was 0-10degrees!!!
Dinner was wonderful!We had porters to carry food, water supply n tents up the mountain for us, and they are VERY GOOD COOKS! Really respect them alot. Even though they are carrying much heavier stuffs then us, they walked like 2x our speed and they only wore slippers and ragged clothings while we were shivering in out 3xlayers of clothes n pants and proper shoewear!
Nightfall came, the weather was super duper cold at 0degrees and the wind was -10degrees!!
Many fell ill and injured so they didnt managed to do the summit climb. While many ppl too, wanted to back out at night before the summit climb as the weather was too cold!!
Somehow, i fell asleep.LOL
Day 3
Woke up at 11pm,1am and finally 2am after countless attempts to sleep.
Packed my haversack and assembled for the summit attempt.
Left campsite at about 3 after drinking some hot milo made by our porters and some biscuits.
Headed for the summit and man, it was as hard as hell.We were going upwards, so, lesser oxygen, lesser stamina, COLDER WINDS!!!
Somemore the way up was as steep like 45degrees!!
Finally, we were out of the craters and the summit was in sight.
Even though the summit looked dam near, it took us 2-3hours to get up there cos the terrian there was dam jialat, must constantly exert force on our legs so that we will not slide down, so it like walk 2steps slide down 1step. dam irritating.
Finally reached the summit at sunrise!Took a group shot there and my jockey cap flew down the mountain as the wind was too strong.=(
Headed to our campsite, it was equally as hard cos the slope is too steep. must control our speed and got 1 time, i ran down the hill and lost my balance and flew to ramdan sia!
Went back to camp site, took another 2hr nap before the others reached the campsite and hadd our breakfast.
After that, packed up and headed to our second camp site, the lake, which was beside the volcano.The scenery up there is damm nice la.
Another 7hours hike down to the lake.
Reached the campsite at around evening and headed to the hot spring!!
Really a gd thing cos all our bodies are worn out.
Headed back to campsite 2hrs later after soaking in the hotspring, and had dinner!
Managed to sleep well at night cos i think my body adapted to the temp. =D
Day4
One of the worst parts except for the summit attempt.
We walked for like 10hours cos we needed to hike all the way up and then go down by the forest.
Stupid la.Got 1 part when we were going down, i stepped on a unstable rock.Den sprained my ankle.-.-
But still managed to make it to the restpoint for lunch!=D
Another 4hours spent walking down the endless forest or naturepark, watever u call it,where all the scenery were all the same throughout.-.-
After exiting the nature park, walked for another 1hr++ to the guesthouse!
Finally got our bags and bathed!=D
Had dinner then lights out.
Day 5
Went to the village school to do CIP.
I actually tot that the school would be worse, but it turned out not bad.
Went back to our guest house after that, and went to the waterfall with the students there!!
They're really friendly and simple pple though.=D
I heard that they had actually climbed the mountain 5-10times!!!!!
Then i thought that they had no life tats y they are doing this over and over again.
So it turned out that some of our porters and guide's children are from there!=D
The waterfall was dam fun even though we had only played for like 1hrs only.
THE WATER IS GOD DAM COLD AND VIGNESH SEEM TO BE COLD-IMMUNE.
After that changed up and took another 3hr ride to our hotel!
Finally proper living!=D
Reached the hotel, packed up and slacked awhile before having dinner.
Dinner was great, followed by a lecture from mr.ng and bck to room.
packed our things for the next day and chatted until 12+ and watched matrix!LOL
Day5
Washed up, had breakfast and headed for the beach!
wa the water there is super duper clear lor!
We could see fishes swimming around us there unlike singapore!
Had our lunch and changed up after that and headed to the airport for our flight!
Reached singapore around 10++ and the first thing i did was to check out my results from all my friends!
Dam sian, didnt managed to take the subjects i wanted.

Pure bio.
GG FOR ME NEXT YEAR.
COS ALL REQUIRE LOTS OF MEMORY POWER.
lets tlk bout yesterday.
Went to tpy to go for job interview but it turned out that the office wasnt open cos we forgotted that it was sunday!!
So after that, went to simlim to get earphones and to bugis street to get 2 new shirts!=D
I AM SUPER DUPER BORED AT HOME AND SOME1 PLS CALL ME OUT!!!!
& more clueless fears.
